1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Qwiksol Technologies website (qwiksol.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Qwiksol Technologies provides software development, design, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement agreed upon by both parties in writing.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees:

• All custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property.
• Qwiksol retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary systems used in delivery.
• We reserve the right to display project work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement unless otherwise agreed.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge on outstanding balances.
• We reserve the right to pause or terminate work on accounts overdue by more than 30 days.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business data, or trade secrets disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of two years.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qwiksol Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Website Use

You may not use this website to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content. All content on this website is the property of Qwiksol Technologies and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable unless Qwiksol is in material breach of the agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
